  • Individual Therapy

    Individual therapy provides the opportunity to work one-on-one with you therapist to process grief, develop ways to cope with anxiety, depression, or trauma, address relationship dysfunction, develop communication skills, improve self-esteem, and navigate life adjustments.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy

    Originally created for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, DBT has also been found to be helpful for those who struggle with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, addiction, ADHS, anger, and relationship issues.

  • Addiction

    Whether you are struggling with addiction or you are a loved one of someone is, overcoming addiction requires support. Addiction recovery involves identifying triggers and vulnerability factors, changing patterns of enabling and codependence as well as building social support, developing coping skills, and building a life beyond addiction.

  • Internal Family Systems Therapy

    IFS is a therapeutic approach that identifies and addresses multiple sub-personalities within each person’s mental system. These sub-personalities consist of wounded parts and painful emotions that work to control and protect the person from the pain of the wounded parts. These parts are often in conflict with each other and with one’s core Self. The goal of IFS is to heal the wounded parts and restore mental balance.

  • Brainspotting

    Brainspotting is a form of brain-body therapy that was developed under the belief that our brain and body are connected—that we hold certain thoughts, feelings, and memories in certain places in our visual field, as well as somatically. Brainspotting is the intentional finding and looking at those spots to help support processing and release of those emotions, which allows you to process your thoughts, feelings, and physical responses. Brainspotting can be effective for people who have experienced trauma or are struggling with depression, anxiety or PTSD, or other dysregulating experiences.
